Shipping Policy

Domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday thru Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays. International orders are processed between 1-5 business days. Ship time for U.S. orders is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. International ship time is between 1-6 weeks depending on your location and efficiency of your local post office.

International shipments arrive in 30 days after being sent on occasions may take longer depending on the efficiency of the mail for delivery. Please take this into account before placing your international order.



  • Please track your orders as NICOLLE'S STORE is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS.


  • NICOLLE'S STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE if the client has wrongly entered their data such as NAME, EMAIL or ADDRESS. Make sure to enter your details correctly when buying. If the package gets lost for these reasons, NICOLLE'S STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. If your package is returned to our facilities, you are responsible for paying the corresponding shipping so that the package can be sent again.


  • NICOLLE'S STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE if your package was marked as delivered by usps, if you never received your package, you can contact or the nearest post office. You can then email us notifying what happened and we will open a complaint and the post office will have to take over. Because NICOLLE'S STORE is one of the companies that is not linked to the post office and they are the only ones responsible for delivering your package.

Return & Exchange Policy


We accept returns. You can only return the garment within the next 5 days after receiving it. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying ALL shipping fees, including the cost of shipping the exchange item. Clearance / sale items are final sale, no exceptions. The white bodysuits / swimsuits, accessories and items are ALL for final sale.

Exchanges and Refunds :

If you want to exchange your item for another size, you can first contact us at and let us know that you are sending an exchange item. After receiving and approving your item, we will confirm your desired size by email and send you your new size. The item must come without any damage and completely clean, if it is not exchanged for another size, we will refund your money in a gift card to buy in the store.

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise that has been laundered cannot be accepted as store credit.
